CDA/NDA:

A Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) is often desired prior to discussions leading to the development of research proposals and contracts, or the licensing of university-owned intellectual property. Lehigh policy is to present our CDA/NDA in discussions. By signing a CDA, the recipient accepts the obligation to not to disclose the confidential information covered by the agreement. Please allow sufficient time for the office to review your request.

MTA:

A Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) is a contract that governs the transfer of tangible research materials between two organizations, when the recipient intends to use it for their own research purposes. The MTA defines the rights of the provider and the recipient with respect to the materials and any derivatives. Please allow sufficient time for the office to reveiw your request.
